- Analyze the legal framework of Digital Marketing activities; · Apply the RGPD, namely the conditions in which it is legitimate the processing of data relating to natural persons;
- Consider under what circumstances unsolicited electronic communications for direct marketing purposes are legal;
- Identify the obligations to which information society service providers are subject;
- Explain how the conclusion of contracts should be processed by electronic means and what obligations companies that conclude contracts with consumers outside the commercial establishment are subject to;
- Select the essential standards and principles regarding the marketing of goods and services, namely the regimes of general contractual clauses and adhesion contracts, legal and commercial guarantees to consumers, sales with reduced prices, advertising competitions, and unfair commercial practices.
