DigiAdvance was presented during the Mobile World Congress 2024, the largest and most influential connectivity event in the world, hosted by GSMA in Barcelona, Spain, 2024.
DigiAdvance was present at the Talent Area to promote the survey, designed to assess the digital skills gap prevalent among SME managers and employees. Talent Arena was a four-day event at MWCongress 2024 that puts digital professionals to the test—by giving them an arena where they can showcase their talent, build networks, and compete for success. It featured the following activities:
- A 48-hour GSMA Open Gateway Hackathon creating practical use cases that this new framework of common network APIs can bring to the market
- +30 speakers made up of leading ICT professionals and top tech companies
- 18 tech exhibition stands
- 13 workshop sessions with practical demos
This event was designed to facilitate the dissemination of cutting-edge technology and knowledge. The main challenge was to connect talent with industry leaders, fostering an environment that prioritises collaboration and continuous professional growth.
Encompassing various tech fields such as machine learning, software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, microchips, AI and telecommunications, Talent Arena stands out as the hub for digital talent within MWC24.
