Obstacles Facing Blockchain Emergence

In this course, we will examine how the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) conflict with blockchain’s data immutability principle and the problems caused by the lack of central governance, particularly in the financial sector.

We will also discuss blockchain security issues like crypto-exchange hacks and cultural issues, including blockchain’s negative reputation due to fraud and hacking.

Finally, we will address the lack of awareness, cooperation, and understanding of blockchain technology, especially among small and medium-sized companies.
